Argentinian Dream Home on the Lake
Yay! Look at this home. This gorgeous dream home is Casa del Cabo, designed by very talented Andres Remy Arquitectos in Benavídez, a suburb of Buenos Aires in Argentina.
Let's start from the street. The house has no fence because this is gated neighborhood. Nice, huh? Street facade is made of concrete with wooden entrance doors and garage doors. These textures go perfect together. I specially loved that walkway leading to the entrance. Concrete plates stacked on each other forming gorgeous stairs. They even go over small lake surrounded with vegetation. Just perfect.
Rear elevation offers minimalist floor-to-ceiling glass walls and terraces with the lake views, similar to minimalist Casa Carrara. Round swimming pool and sand beach formed beautiful backyard. Inside of this dream home, there's one part that I find very interesting. That jungle-looking entrance lobby. Wooden plates will lead you through tall indoor plants all around you, reaching up to the first floor. Very creative idea which gives one completely unique atmosphere to the whole home.
