White Interior Design in Modern Sea Shell Home, Israel

Kitchen and White interior design in modern Sea Shell home

Sea Shell home is modern residence located in Israel. Its brand new interiors are designed by Angela Lanciano and Cher Sela of Lanciano Design. Focus was put on clean white decor, modern furniture and lots of daylight reflecting through the house.

Starting in the living room, walls are open towards partly covered large terrace with swimming pool. Living room is not particularly large but offers cozy modern furniture and friendly atmosphere. Shelf in the wall with blue LED light is also nice touch. Right next to the living room, contemporary staircase leads up to the first floor and down in the basement. Thin glass wall fits perfectly with overall white interior design.

Since the floor plan is in "L" shape, dining room and kitchen also have access to terrace which means only one, more daylight. Kitchen features white modern furniture as well while dining room has black table which fits perfectly as contrast. To me kitchen looks incredibly attractive and I simply love it. Small windows also play important role in all this charm. On the upper floor is modern home office, bedroom where bed is placed in the middle, two additional bedrooms and contemporary bathroom with walk in closet.

While some might think all this white in interior design is too much and say how decor looks too sterile, I think it has something charming, welcoming and very warm. It is definitely one of my favorite white interiors.

Ultra Modern House by Clavel Arquitectos

Ultra Modern House by Clavel Arquitectos

4 in 1 is the name of this ultra modern, 1,210 square meters house designed by Clavel Arquitectos in Guadalupe, a suburban district in the Region of Murcia, Spain. The house is designed for minimalism and engineering lovers.

Story behind this unusual name is actually quite simple. According to architects, "4 in 1" means four lifestyles in one house: "the leisure experience", "the living experience", "the autonomous living experience" and "the guest experience". Those 4 elements along with minimalism defined shape of this ultra modern house and made it attractive. It can be said it is focal point of the street.

Interiors are completely wide open, connected with outdoor living space. It is actually quite difficult to say when you're inside of the house and when you're outside. Interesting approach. Basement floor also offers open space which is really uncommon and I can't say I've seen it before. Another great detail is round swimming pool on the terrace of ground floor. Great idea for parties. Combination of exposed concrete texture and glass gave yet another level of minimalism to the whole ultra modern engineering atmosphere.

Amazing Glass and Concrete Godoy House in Mexico

Backyard of Godoy House by Hernandez Silva Arquitectos in Mexico

Godoy Residence is amazing glass and concrete modern home designed by Hernandez Silva Arquitectos in Guadalajara, a capital city of Jalisco state in Mexico. The house is real treat for modern architecture lovers. Take a look.

With ratio of glass and concrete slightly higher than we usually see on modern homes, street facade on Godoy Residence says "I want to be open, but not too much." At least that's how I see it. According to architects, reason why they used more glass on usually closed street facade is to catch as much of daylight as possible since this side doesn't catch much of the sun.

Rear elevation or backyard facade is one completely different story. The most interesting part is without doubt this impressive cantilever with the first floor above and open terrace below it which can easily be turned into indoor terrace. We've seen this before in FF House also designed by Hernandez Silva Arquitectos. Inside the house I would definitely pay attention on amazing glass wall in the bedroom which creates minimalist and modern atmosphere. For someone who loves this kind of stuff, perfect.
