Front facade and car in front of Lake Side Duplex House

This beautiful modern house built on the plot of 1,400 square meters is designed by Toth Project architecture office on the lake Balaton in Hungary. Home alone has over 300 square meters which makes it quite impressive modern mansion.

"This building is located on a beautiful waterside plot, on the southern shore of the Lake Balaton. Its function is a summer cottage in which there are two separated flats implementing the separated, undisturbed rest of several generations. The larger flat is two-storey, the smaller one is on the second floor."

Interesting Shape Of Hill House by Rachcoff Vella Architects

Modern home at night

Rachcoff Vella Architects designed modern home called Hill House in Mount Martha, suburb of Melbourne in Australia.

Straight lines which usually define modern homes today, are fulfilled here with some simple curves from the street side which changed overall shape of this two story house. While the size is average, interior architecture is kept in modern style making the space largest possible. Floor to ceiling glass windows opened interiors towards the nature and beautiful blue harbour.

Modern Architecture On University Complex

Modern architecture building on the university

Francis-Jones Morehen Thorp in association with Archimedia designed this impressive piece of modern architecture, new building for Business School and teaching complex on University of Auckland in New Zealand.

Speaking from my personal experience, dream of every student is to be part of high quality education system. Attending classes on modern complex is just one of the factors. I don't know about their education system, but students on University of Auckland definitely have high quality architecture environment.

"The series of layered sinuous blades reach out to embrace the community providing a dramatic sculpture of reflection, illuminance and animation. Multiple layers of meaning and interpretation enrich the development providing a distinctive image for the school that places it within an international stage as a leader in teaching, research and scholarship. Organic forms gather the activity and energy of the site into a major new public square, anchoring the building and reinterpreting the topography of the immediate sloping site and Auckland's volcanic harbour forms, to create a distinctive icon for the Business School and the University as a whole."
