This triplex penthouse apartment is designed by an architect Pitsou Kedem for a new 140m tall Manhattan Tower in Park Tzameret, a newly built neighborhood of Tel Aviv in Israel.


Penthouse occupies top 3 floors of 41 storey residential building. It is modern apartment with elegant and colorful decor. Double height floor with living room and dining room offers amazing city views through 2 floor tall glass walls.

Furniture in this part of the penthouse apartment is dark with focal points like yellow or blue chairs. Second floors is designed as a modern home office with open space looking down on the living and dining room. Bedroom is decorated in bright colors with white furniture. Traditional - Contemporary Style Home On The Beach

Squam House is gorgeous beach house designed in traditional - contemporary style, located on the coast of Nantucket, an island 30 miles (48 km) south of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, in the United States.


The house is built by J. Brown Builders, intentionally in this combination in order to preserve the historical characters of buildings on Nantucket. No flat roofs and no ultra modern homes.

With beautiful traditional exterior facade, there's one thing that could give away the fact that those lucky residents love contemporary style homes. It's large minimalist swimming pool in the backyard, looking out on the ocean. Interior decoration is bright, simple and modern. Open floor plan allowed amazing connection so kitchen, dining room and living room ended up being in "the same room".
